In bright light the surface shimmers, giving the whole plant a cool, metallic glow.

Despite the name, a satin pothos is a Scindapsus, not a true pothos. It tolerates lower light, but keeps its silver best in medium to bright, indirect light. Let the soil dry about halfway before watering, and let it trail or climb.

Choose a 4 or 6 inch pot. It is easy, slow and steady, and suits a shelf, a hanging pot or anyone who likes silver foliage.

The ASPCA lists the satin pothos (Scindapsus pictus) as toxic to cats and dogs, so keep it out of reach of cats and dogs.

From November to April, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection (a heat pack) at checkout. Plants shipped in cold weather without it are not covered for cold damage.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1010/4255/3111/files/4_SCINDAPSUS_PLATINUM.JAVA_52db9313-e885-494e-b0b5-6053393be0a3.jpg?v=1791866979
