Shipping policy

We ship within the United States and to Canada. Rates for the contiguous United States are below; every other destination is quoted at checkout at live carrier rates.

 

Rates

Our spades, kneeler and gift sets ship for a flat $18 per order within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.), no matter how many of them you buy. The one exception is the 58 inch Long Handle spade (model SHLF2), which ships in a carton five feet long. Carriers add a handling surcharge to a package that long, so shipping on that model is a flat $25. An order containing the Long Handle alongside other spades ships in more than one carton, and the exact shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

House plants ship free within the contiguous United States. House plants are packed and shipped by our plant partner, so the box and packing slip carry their name. A single planter ships for $10. Tools and gear from other brands ship at their maker's own rate, shown at checkout.

House plants, planters and other brands' gear ship separately from our spades, so one order can arrive in more than one package. At checkout, the shipping for each part of your order is added together into one shipping line. For example, a spade and a house plant ship for $18, a spade and a planter for $28, and a house plant and a planter for $10.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada are quoted at checkout at live carrier rates for your delivery address.

 

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

House plants, planters and other brands' gear ship on their own schedule, separately from our spades.
