About this plant
Dragon bone euphorbia grows an upright, ribbed stem in pale green marbled with white, with small spines along each ridge. It looks like the fossil of some mythical creature, and over the years it branches into a sculptural shape.
Give it bright, indirect light or filtered sun. Water sparingly, only when the soil is completely dry, and give it even less in winter. A fast draining cactus mix and a pot with a drainage hole keep it healthy.
It is in stock in a 4 inch pot, a single stem as photographed. Wear gloves when you handle or repot it, because of the spines. It suits a sunny desk or a modern, minimal shelf.
From November to April, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection (a heat pack) at checkout. Plants shipped in cold weather without it are not covered for cold damage.
