About this plant
Peperomia 'Angulata', also called beetle peperomia, trails on thin red stems lined with small, succulent-like leaves. Each dark green leaf is striped with lighter lines, like a beetle's shell.
Bright, indirect light keeps it compact and well colored. Let the soil dry out between waterings, since the leaves hold water and the stems dislike soggy soil. Water less in winter.
It comes in a 4 inch pot. Let it spill from a shelf or a small hanging pot, and trim a stem or two if you want a fuller plant. It is easy, small and a little unusual, a nice change from the usual trailing plants.
From November to April, we recommend adding Winter Plant Shipping Protection (a heat pack) at checkout. Plants shipped in cold weather without it are not covered for cold damage.
