About this plant
'Red Siam' mixes green and pink-red in every leaf, with marbled color, red midribs and pink stems. It is a warm, colorful plant that still has the easy temperament Chinese evergreens are known for.
It tolerates lower light, though brighter indirect light keeps the red at its strongest. Water when the top inch of soil is dry and let the pot drain. It prefers warmth, so keep it away from cold drafts.
It comes in a 4 inch pot, a good size for a desk or shelf. With its festive colors it makes an easy gift for the holidays or a housewarming.
