About this plant

'Chameleon' is a ZZ plant that changes color as it grows. New stems unfurl in bright golden yellow to lime, then deepen over the following weeks to a glossy dark green, so a plant in active growth shows both shades at once.

Care is the same as any ZZ. It handles low light and does well in bright indirect light, where it grows a little faster. Water only when the soil has dried completely, usually every 2 to 4 weeks, and less in winter. Too much water is the one thing it dislikes.

It comes in a 6 inch size, in a nursery pot, a white eco pot or a cow pot. A slow, steady plant for offices, bedrooms and frequent travelers.
